At Hino of Chicago, you can always be confident that you will receive only genuine OEM parts for your Hino truck.  Either over the counter or while doing repairs in our shop, only factory parts will be supplied for all internal and external sales.  Our Parts personnel are factory trained in accessing the exact correct part for your vehicle.  Maintaining a solid parts inventory is never easy, but having only the one product line, Hino, certainly makes this task much easier.  There is a great deal of effort taken by our parts staff to have a clean inventory of fast-moving parts and to keep our obsolescence to an absolute minimum.  Some may call our inventory control as “working smart”, but we like to call it just “good customer service”! Our fill rate for parts orders is as good as it gets, or so we are told by our customers who had less stellar support from their other suppliers.  We are routinely complimented for our kind and courteous parts staff and for having most parts and fluids on demand.  Another aspect of our parts support to customers is our overnight procurement of any parts we may not have in stock.  With multiple Hino Parts Distribution Centers (PDC’s) throughout the USA, parts can be sent overnight direct to customers from these well stocked PDC’s to keep your downtime to an absolute minimum.
